Candle Care

It is crucial to trim your candle wick to 3-5mm before each burn, making sure to remove any ‘mushroom’ from the end.
Failing to trim your wick and remove the ‘mushroom’ can lead to a large flame which can cause excess soot which can damage your walls. Excess debris will fall into the wax making it discoloured and effecting the fragrance.
A large flame can lead to a potential fire hazard and cause the jar to overheat, often resulting in it shattering.
Keeping the wick short and flame small will make you candle last longer and burn better.
